Child Abuse Training
Robert Hugh Farley will provide you with unparalleled, state of the art training in child abuse investigative techniques. He has trained tens of thousands of police officers, federal agents, child protection workers, judges, attorneys, therapists, physicians and other professionals. He has conducted thousands of training seminars in all 50 states for the U.S. Department of Justice and a multitude of other agencies some of which include: the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, the National Children's Advocacy Center, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the United States Department of Defense, VIRTUS and John E. Reid and Associates.
Additionally, Robert has conducted international training seminars for INTERPOL, the Microsoft Corporation and the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children in numerous countries, some of which include: France, South Africa, Hong Kong, Japan, Kingdom of Jordan, England - United Kingdom, Spain, Costa Rica, Brazil, New Zealand, Turkey, Croatia, Romania, Argentina, Bulgaria, Norway, Canada and the Russia Federation.

Robert will utilize his extensive experience to evaluate and then determine risk assessment factors for your youth group, school, organization, agency or congregation. He can play an influential role contributing to the adoption of a consistent approach to potential child maltreatment based on: diagnosis, psychological evaluations, management tools, policy development, employee training and security risk environmental factors. In addition he can assist in the supervision of internal investigations by a comprehensive, on-site analysis of existing situations, procedures and by liaison with local law-enforcement officials. The end result of this effort should be the creation of a safe, child friendly environment.
Litigation Support
In all matters of litigation, early evaluation of a case’s strengths and weaknesses can make an essential difference in the strategy a counsel deploys to achieve resolution. From the discovery to the decision, Robert has provided expert witness child abuse related testimony and assisted in trial preparation for the U.S. Attorney Office in federal district courts and for Prosecutors in state criminal courts. Robert can assist you with the full scope of proceedings including: developing remedies and settlement negotiations, trial winning strategies, managing complex litigation projects, criminal profiling, and communicating technical computer evidence issues by breaking them down into simple elements that can be easily understood.
In addition Robert has testified as a child abuse expert in juvenile court and in family law and divorce court proceedings. He can provide assistance with: child custody evaluations, visitation issues, parental fitness evaluation, sexual abuse threat assessment, abuse or neglect complaints and determining what is in the "best interest" of the child.
